Fyrn ships orders directly to customers within the United States. Below is information about our order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

Once an order ships, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $25 or more (after discounts and before tax).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • U.S. territories

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier service disruptions.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@fyrnfix.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date, and we will review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@fyrnfix.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos, if applicable.
